Senior Graphic Designer (Web3 / Gaming / Crypto)

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can turn vision into visual firepower.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-impact digital assets for social, web, and partner campaigns
• Develop creative for game launches, token events, and marketing pushes
• Create original illustrations, UI components, and promotional layouts
• Lead and collaborate on brand identity evolution and system consistency
• Work closely with content, product, and marketing teams
• Deliver creative under tight timelines without sacrificing quality
• Manage and feedback to a group of junior designers and artists to align brand and consistency
• Support and coordinate with social media team

You Should Have

• 5+ years of experience in digital design or motion graphics
• A stunning portfolio of crypto, gaming, or tech work
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Killer visual instincts — typography, spacing, composition, branding
• Ability to own projects from concept to final render
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English (async-first team culture with occasional voice calls)

• Experience in Web3, NFT, or GameFi
• 3D design (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.)
• Video editing or motion graphics
• Familiarity with token ecosystems, memes, and crypto culture
• Ability to write or ideate on marketing copy / headlines
