Responsibilities

• Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and OKRs.
• Product Expert: Develop deep knowledge of the industry, the market, the business, and most importantly, the customers.
• Prioritization: Prioritize items on the product backlog to achieve OKRs.
• Data-driven decision-making: Conduct data analytics to discover insights and decision-making.
• Cross-team collaboration: collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure everyone works cohesively towards the product vision.
• Stakeholder management: drive decisions among upper management based on data.
• Write requirements: typically as user stories and epics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Understanding of the crypto industry and market trends.
• Passionate about building a great product.
