We're looking for a self-driven Motion Designer + Video Editor who’s part artist, part editor, part creative director and 100% obsessed with delivering scroll-stopping visuals.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-impact animated videos, trailers, teasers, ads, and brand content
• Cut, edit, animate, and polish social and marketing videos for campaigns
• Own the entire creative process — from brief to final render
• Combine audio, visuals, motion, and storytelling into emotionally resonant edits
• Art direct your own work with a strong visual eye 
• Collaborate with content, game, and social teams to launch hype-worthy visuals
• Maintain brand cohesion while pushing creative boundaries

You Should Have

• 3+ years of experience in motion design and video editing
• Mastery of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Audio editing / sound design knowledge
• Strong ability to storyboard, direct, and execute concepts independently
• Killer sense of pacing, rhythm, typography, and animation
• A portfolio full of clean, punchy, high-energy work
• Comfortable working with minimal direction
• Fluent in English (we work async, but clearly)

Bonus Points For

• Experience in crypto, Web3, or gaming
• 3D animation (Blender, C4D, or similar)
• Familiarity with meme culture and viral video formats
• Ability to produce vertical content (TikTok, IG Reels, X)
• Experience building animated templates or toolkits
